We went last night and they have a person at the entrance with masks and fussed at you. We took ours off about halfway through the store and no one at the check out said anything but it was sad that these stores are still making us do this!
Are we just not being loud enough? Do we have to write the HQ of every company out there and demand they stop with this bullshit? Would that even work? It’s getting ridiculous.
Perhaps, we need to send them all the following from the CDC:

I think we need to bring back the 2A marches. 20,000 fully armed people in Virginia pretty much brought the governor to his knees a few years ago. I guarantee we could get millions to peaceably march and show them we won’t back down.

The stores I go into (except Walmart, because they're a bunch of Chinese supporters) I've never had an issue with not wearing a mask. Kroger's always ask, 'Do you have a mask?', I am always polite and say, 'yes, I do.' And proceed to walk in.
I typically listen to music when I walk in stores. That way, if some hysterical Karen, be it woman or man, tries 'scolding' me.....I just ignore them.
I an not from Texas though. I live where the Green Grinch lives, unfortunately.
They have no mask checkers at Kroger here. Walmart does but they just ask and I tell them no thanks. I canceled my Costco membership because fuck them.

Went yesterday morning without mask — probably about 25% of shoppers had none and no problems— Comal — signage on this store states “ recommended “ for the last several months and shoppers are usually about 25%+ maskless— big group of high school kids without masks acting normal—varied ages — plenty of 65+ including me without masks— JUST DO IT!
Many stores in Mississippi still require masks. They are not recognizing the statewide lift. Fast food places... the same. Dining areas closed. They are still controlling people. I called the corporate office of one particular restaurant chain. I am very disappointment in them, in particular. I expected more from them.
I go to HEB pretty regular here, and don't wear a mask. I have not been approached there about it, and I have not been met at the door.
Now I went to Target yesterday, and the woman at the door informed me and my wife we had to have a mask. She tried explaining to the wife as I walked out that Target was requiring them until the whole nation was opened.
I said so basically a bunch of asshole Democrap governors are holding the whole nation hostage even though Governor Abbott released Texas. I won't be back in their fucking French based shithole store.
Yeah, they enforce it. I go in once a week and wear a mask. No big deal.
Is this where you draw the line? Wearing a mask? Really? Do you make such a big deal about all the other things you are forced to do? How about being forced to buy health insurance, get your car inspected, buy car insurance, pay income taxes, pay property taxes or personal property taxes? How about sales tax, gasoline tax, or social security and medicare out of your paycheck? For that matter you could get upset about being forced to wear clothes. Why stop at a mask? Let's all go nekked, f*ck any rules that restrict our total freedom to do what we want when we want. Oh, wait a minute, that's the Left!
