Asked why something wasn't conditioned in the morning. I said three associates called out due to the vaccine. He asked me if i would be getting it? My answer obviously is no.
Said that if there are two people in a room in a meeting of people at the corporate office are not vaccinated then they all have to wear masks. He then said if I dont get vaccinated I will have to continue wearing a mask at work. I again said ok I won't be getting it.
Then he asked if I get the flu vax I said no I said the only ones I've had are the ones you get when you are a kid. I said I dont do experimental vaccines. He quipped back well those were experimental. I said they also took longer than 6 months to make and went through extensive studies and the fact I was a child so my parents had power of attorney.
My question to the community is: are businesses allowed to ask for proof of vax or force you to wear the mask if you dont prove you've been vaccinated? Wouldn't that be against hippa, or some sort of discrimination?

I would say it's just about a certainty that HIPPA laws should protect against this sort of thing. Will they actually be followed? Who the hell knows.
Best would be to work towards a type of position that involves contractor work, being your own boss, starting some sort of business, remote work, etc. Things may be "mostly" fine now, but who knows what'll happen in the next 5 years
I had thought about HIPAA issues, but consider 'drug tests', which are mandatory for many jobs, and also consider kids in school - they require all manner of vaccines. Maybe kids in school are different ?
I thought also about foreign travel to certain 'dodgy' countries (disease-wise); you can't visit some countries without a vaccine. I know that's not US specific, but just an example.

as for mask, by something like this and measure the oxygen content at your mouth when you have any mask on and it will violate OSHA requirements. boom, winning!

Your boss doesn’t know what’s going on with vaccines. The flu vax has been FDA approved. The COVID vaccines everyone is getting have special “emergency use authorization”, and have not been fully approved by the FDA.
I don’t know how they keep track of who has been vaccinated. I think everyone gets a card with for their records. I can’t imagine the government is tracking it too.
You could tell your boss you’ve been vaccinated. If he asks to see your vaccination record you could’ve lost it. Or you could photoshop the image of it and text it to him. I am pretty sure he cannot demand to see it.
Tell your boss that you identify as a vaccinated person.
Maybe tell him your nurse friend is trying to get you an appointment for the Johnson and Johnson vaccine because it’s only one dose and it doesn’t fuck you up. If he asks later tell him you got it.
I dont know the answer, I dont trust the courts to side with the law. I would suggest being respectful to your bosses as you are doing. At the same time look for another job and leave if you find a better opportumity. Let these companies lose all of their smart and discerning employees.

1st you need to show them the documentation that this is an experimental vaccine. Then you need to show them the emergency use order. Then you need to share with them, if they continue to harass you because you won't take an experimental vaccine, that you will be forced to sue them for harassment or if you take the vaccine, after their pressure, they need to be well informed that they will be responsible for any injuries that occur to you for coercing/ forcing you to take an experimental vaccine. That should stop it. If that doesn't work show them how the nurses at the nazi concentration camps or also executed for crimes against humanity for just doing their jobs. Then you need to explain to them that the Nuremberg trials were not about the Nazis gassing Jews rather they were about using fear and coercion to force medical experimentation. And you need to explain them that anyone who is participating in that coercion is also guilty of crimes against humanity according to the Nuremberg trials.

He's not hated but people should know he says he has sex with an alien on the regular.

Just know that his claims about alien sex was disclosed even before he ran for office and he succeeded in his run. So I would say his alien claims are the least of his problems.

Contact one of the free law consultant. Ask them if there is a form you can have your employer sign that holds ‘them’ accountable for any and all side affects that may/will occur for the remainder of your life time. That your company will pay for an/all medical expenses - for medical care drs of Your Choice, and any loss time from work, including but not limited to travel time to and from appointments, hospital admittance time, and other treatment related to side affects of the vaccine. Also - up to permanent disability payments - for a life time. With the understanding that proof of such side affects could be ANY illness whatsoever, that is not preexisting - or if a preexisting ailment that is exacerbated by the vaccine. That proof of such side affects are not required based on ‘the science’ of FDA approval/research- since the vaccine is ONLY Approved for ‘Emergency Purposes’ so too would be the burden of proof of any side affects be based on your personal examination of physical, mental and emotional outcome of being forced, coercing, and shaming involved with the vaccination - including incentivizing non-mask wearing while at work; or any other incentive be at physical, mental, or monetary benefits. The point of all this, is that we know there’s no company on the planet earth that’s going to sign that document. So, once you present it this way, I’m sure that you would have a lawsuit on your hands, if they tried to force you to take the vaccine, and you end up being fired. This way you cover your butt, and I’m gonna assume a company wouldn’t divulge your decision to not get the vaccine, based on having to wear a mask. That makes it very obvious who did not get the vaccine, and that involves a hostile work environment. So too, you can print up a like minded document, that states that if you don’t take the vaccine, that you will not be held liable for any or all accusations of somebody getting Covid because of you, that you could not lose your job, and that you would not be harassed, coerced, or shamed, for not getting the vaccine. So on and so forth. This is rather hyperbolic - but you get the idea. Either just gonna fire you right out, Or they’ll think twice about the legal implications regarding forced and coerced vaccinations. Present to them your legal rights, may give them pause, not just for you... but others. You could even leave copies of the documents in the lunchroom, just depends on how far you wanna go with it. We have to start fighting back, because it’s not gonna stop here if we don’t.
unfortunately, private businesses can do that. You might win unemployment if they fire you over it. As I'm sure once all the willing people have taken it they will start forcing it on employees.
Not disagreeing with you, and as I posted above, drug-tests would seem to be another example. But I do wonder how a company can require medical information from you due to HIPAA restrictions.
See ive been at this company for 14 years. I think I could have a case(if that were the case lol). I dont directly deal with the pharmacy but I still have to deal with pharmacy related things.
They will only be asking for a vaccine confirmation, not your whole medical history and like you said they can already drug test you and look at the results same thing for the vax. I'm sure they will use the whole for public safety to skirt the laws with hippaa.
