China wasnt the first shot but all the hysteria has been constant in 2-3 year cycles with disease outbreaks for a long time... bird flu, swine flu, zika.. under hussein even ebola people were imported into the US and set free with no containment or tracking of where they went. This isnt just something that happens - orders in writing with names demanding the abandonment of all the normal processes around comms, media disclosure etc would have been very apparent. And totally ignored on when it came to arrests and investigation of what was clearly an attempted bioterror attack with insider complicity.
It seems like most of the hospitals in the west for example were seeded or corrupted with criminal autopsy, admin and clinical staff who were all enticed to commit medical fraud and lie about causes of death to overinflate and hype the numbers. A massive criminal undertaking demonstrating lots of planning and $ changing hands.

Another one was the relentless propaganda in the media to smear and attempts by states to try and actually ban HCQ and other of the effective (but unpatented) remedies was like nothing I've ever seen before. Who bans effective medicines in the middle of a 'crisis' for which that medicine is incredibly effective? An utterly easy case to make that legislators were and are active terrorists trying to kill as many people as they could, above and beyond the tens of thousands of murders they did by sending infected people into nursing homes.
I think that HCQ was a wrench tossed into the machine by PDT. The frantic media and political response was the counter to keep the ball rolling.
Now that the "new normal" has been widely established, such desperate measures are no longer needed, and HCQ discussion is no longer so heavily suppressed.

Wherever testing was done with this experimental polio vaccine, there were pockets of AIDS outbreaks. There are some additional details in the documentary. It seemed like a pretty compelling case.
Here's the kicker. Someone identified what they thought to be the precursor to the AIDS virus, the previous evolutionary step (it was called virus X), but, the US government wouldn't release the evidence to confirm or disprove that theory. They covered it up.
There has been attempts to debunk the documentary as a "conspiracy theory", and they tackle some (but not all) of the points made in the documentary (much like the MSN fact checkers do).
Hard to know for sure if those fact checkers are honest and accurate (would require some technical medical knowledge), stands to reason that like other fact checkers that they aren't.
The debunking attempts "sound" reasonable (one was about how the virus couldn't transmit via the mechanism described in the documentary, another was about how modeling suggests AIDS is decades older than the documentary claims and hence cannot coincide with polio vaccines ... although, we've all seen how bad modeling can be).
However, they don't address one of the bigger "coincidences", of there being pockets of outbursts everywhere that particular vaccine was distributed in Africa, nor do they address the apparent cover up.
Their debunk also mentions meaningless facts (for the debunk), to try to persuade you of the overall debunk attempt. First one is the documentary supposedly resulted in some African countries being more skeptical of vaccines, and this led to outbreaks of other diseases. So, the "anti-vax" fear narrative. The second, was the scientist being accused (of starting AIDS) denies his medical malpractice and is supposedly angry about the accusation.

If I'm remembering correctly, the bill didn't pass due to lack of reasoning/justification, but, it shows a level of premeditated intent. They wanted lock downs, regardless of COVID.
IMO planned for years. SARS, bird flu, etc. was all increasing the fear so they could use a bigger one to remove freedom.
