Not sure about that one, but since Q's phrases were often gematria dynamite - it's maybe/hopefully relevant to Trump and other comms + super interesting how it works.
Yes, there were lots of people. Not a lot who did gematria. The anon I refer to contributed massive amounts of interpretation. Anyone who was there for a while will know who I'm referring to. It always interested me, but even with some direction from him/her I failed to grasp the whole picture. (then again, it took a lot of focus at a time I was shooting off in too many directions).

Collect all the capital letters, wash through a gematria calculator, see what pops out. This stuff can be mind blowing. Serial Brain 2 used to do this in those decodes all the time.
