Turn off the T.V, practice decent hygiene, have a decent diet and or take some vitamins and your going to pretty well off. Health wise.
Hell even just adopting a decent and consistent sleep schedule will improve your health quite a bit. Not to mention lower the likelihood of a plethora of illnesses and conditions developing.
I CAN vouch for this-early to bed, early to rise (4 AM) makes me sleepy, dopey and grumpy BUT able to maintain blood sugar levels of a much younger man..

Overall we are in good health, no stress or fear and our full trust is in God (not any human being).
People must awaken themselves. We do not actively try to red pill anyone. Our kids have very different views than us so we stay away from discussions of politics.

Eh, I think those same barbs probably popped to mind for most people combing this thread - we’ve got kind of a hive mind going on here.

It means we are going to have circumstances where we will be afraid, I never realised before that it could be manufactured fears being created purposefully by evil people to gain control!!
But God is specific, we should trust Him and we should not let this false fear manipulate us into conformity.
After all, the scare predictions listed above, we are all still here! I wonder how many people lived in a state of panic during all those times of MSM spouting on their fear news.
