I was in the Army in 2010 and they had a bunch of us try on electrodes on our heads and they were attached to a computer that could read some kind of waves. I dunno. I wasn't aware of these sorts of things back then.
The VA as a whole seems pretty incapable of doing much of anything but it wouldn't be difficult for the black hats to have insiders working on our PTSD veterans for all kinds of black experiments.
My uncle was Vietnam era - stationed in Hawaii. Developed schizophrenia, decades downward spiral. Always talked about MK Ultra. Killed himself eventually. Army bases were used for MK experiments domestically and abroad.
That's heavy, I'm really sorry to hear about how things ended up for him. Those men were traumatized and left to suffer, which you well know. I worked at a PTSD clinic that had a majority of Vietnam era vets as the clientele. One guy would tell us about having to run people over with tanks to get to safety and other traumatizing things like this. MKUltra would not surprise me at all.
Nothing like telling people these stuff then they label you conspiracy theorist, next thing you show them the source from a government or MSM website and they instantly look like fools
Could this be how they got the shooter in CO yesterday to do what he did. But what’s with the 1988 date, this goes back to the 1960s with Manson and most likely even Kennedy’s assassination.
Operation PAperclip brought Nazi scientists to the US. Nazis also spread to other parts of the world. They leveraged their stolen wealth and built themselves into positions and systems of power. MK is Mindkontrollen in German. One of the oldest quests of man has been mind control. It's been fine tuned to include - MSM, phone, pop culture, big pharma, big food, education, etc. - it's all part of the program. Mind control // groupthink // sheep // BLUEBIRD // MONARCH.
You need to start researching if you want to understand WTF is going on.
Research "The Monroe Institute" and their "Hemi-Sync" techniques. Tied into US Army & CIA "Remote Viewing" projects; also head of project Frederick Atwater, former US Army Intel agent and protege of General Stubblebine. Hemi-Sync cassette tapes and a Walkman player issued to Army troops as experiments in "relaxation therapy".
Chaos was a good read, written by a liberal journalist. Info is info. I wonder if he's sort of controlled oppo, but I don't think so. The book raised many questions but pretty much leads you to believe the whole Manson thing was CIA related.
The way this reads reminds me of a computer. I've heard the theory that Q is a quantum computer. Not sure what I think of that, but why does he leave some brackets blank? What kind of person does that? A program maybe, but not a person.

The VA must be complicit.

It's called an EEG.
Sounds about right. It was a room of 100+ people all hooked up to a computer each and electrodes on the temples. Everyone in US Army uniform.
but but but it's muh conspiracy theory.

It's all friggin' related. Jodie Foster, Hinkley, Kaczynski, Bundy, the list goes on and on.
What is MK Ultra? I keep hearing that mentioned on this board.
Essentially: real life mind control.
Creates sleeper agents that can literally be activated by a code phrase, word, etc.
There is actually a comedy about it that wasn't that bad.

Might have been done on purpose. Maybe the blank spaces are things that aren't declassified yet?
