Divorce is never easy. I know I've been through that. But if you always keep love in your heart for the other and for yourself through this transition time, it will help. I will pray for you and your transition. Keep the faith. There are always new seasons, new beginnings and so many exciting things to learn about yourself and life.

Dear Lord I asked for the divorce of our FREN, to run smoothly if it is you’re will. I asked father that as they move across country, that it would go smoothly as well, that you would send traveling mercies, and Hope for an uneventful trip. Going through relationship issues can be very tough father I just pray that he knows that how much you love him, and how much you want what is best for him. I pray that if it is not your real for him to get a divorce, that you will heal that marriage in a miraculous way. Keep him in your loving arms. And Christ’s love!

Don't be afraid to get the help you need. I've been allowing the Lord to strengthen me over the last few years.... hasn't been comfortable, but has been very worthwhile! Ask God to show you the areas of weakness you have so that He can strengthen you.

7Because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, for this reason, to keep me from exalting myself, there was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me-- to keep me from exalting myself! 8Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me. 9And He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. 10Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.

I will tell you from experience, the utmost necessary thing you must do is not to dwell on what happened, ESPECIALLY if you were not in the wrong. If you are still trying to figure out what happened, or are thinking about it 3 months past the finalization is signed, please talk to a good counselor, or someone older and wiser that you trust to listen to you and give the proper advice. Unfortunately, my family and friends were terrible with support or giving me the right words of encouragement I needed to pull myself by the bootstraps.

I will definitely add you to the prayer list.
