Vit D pills are next to a waste except for extreme situations. Save your $ and go vacation in the Florida pandhandle, lay out on the beach and do it right.
Not at all true. I can tell a HUGE difference when I supplement and when I don't (especially during winter). My periods are more regular, my mood is better, I have less anxiety, and I don't get sick. I take 70,000 IUs a week during the winter/times when I don't go outside much.
I saw the vid that referenced this and bought load of vitamins B complex, C and D.
Virtually sat in doors and neglected my diet, weren't allowed to go the gym or get a tan.

Be advised that taking more B than your body requires is a waste, as the excess just gets pissed away. And it makes your piss bright yellow.
But how else will I remember that I took it if not for the neon yellow pee? :)

Highlighter pee is the best part about taking B vitamins :) Although it doesn't happen with the liquid vitamins
