This is nothing but a distraction from her more heinous crimes.
They will get her on this, throw the book at her, put her in jail forever, make it look like a win and avoid talking about the thousands of other evil acts she did.
Except her legal team is trying to use this to get a continuance on her case, or worse, argue they can’t find an impartial trial whatsoever because of the news coverage.
According to the docs submitted on PACER that aren’t sealed, supposedly one of the US Attorneys told them under oath there wouldn’t be a superseding indictment filed later, so they agreed to the July 2021 trial date. This whole case wreaks of swamp gas from Comey’s daughter, Obama’s former WH counsel being the judge, and everything else going on with it
They will need to throw a bone to the masses, so they will put her away forever on a single charge while hiding as many more nefarious charges. They can file a motion of continuance, but whatever shakes down you can bet they will keep the completely evil shit under wraps.

At some point as I understand it military tribunals can be ordered for an American citizen non-combatant if there are crimes against humanity and the judicial system under the Constitution has broken down. Then her ass gets charged under the UCMJ and found guilty by a 3-officer panel, her Constitutional rights are out the window, and everything she did can be made known, IIRC
