I was told after a bone density test to up my calcium and D3. I have tried to "equate" the dosage of "IU" with "mg". but not sure how to do that. I have currently 2,000 IU of D3, but unsure how to "increase" it to what the Dr. wants. Can you help explain? Thanks!

100% correct. Take one D pill with K2, the rest just D3.
