Well, I am one of the more "seasoned citizens" at the gym I go to, and the younger staff have decided that I intend to live forever. I tell them, "So far, so good."
The most important is you're taking ENOUGH vitamin D. ideally you get your blood tested to see where you're at. Your D level is accumulative, meaning you got to build it up (it stores in the fat). As opposed to C which goes in and out of the body quickly. Anyhow, you have to figure out and massage the amount of Vitamin D you supplement with in order to raise your body up to that wonderful 50-90 range.
All that being said, without testing your individual needs, I figure 10,000 IU / day is a safe amount to get you out of the Covid death danger zone, while no way puts you in danger of too much Vitamin D to become a calcium problem.
That's very good advice - I was taking 10,000 IU per day, and found out with a blood test that I was still deficient! I upped it to 15K per day, but I have to go back to find out if that did the trick or if there's some reason I'm not absorbing it.
do you think the Fulvic Acid would help nerve damage?
had a TBI, and my foot of all things bothers me the most, and isn't improving with exercise.
also need to get on the Vitamin D, etc... just hate shopping anymore, but I know it will help. wish they made something with all of this^ in one vitamin.
Yes the fulvic will help alot. You need Magnesium and Vit D more than you think, but to heal your foot, look into "violet ray therapy". You can find "quack medicine" machines on ebay, from that period fully working, I bought one in perfect condition from 1920.
5 mins a day on your foot with violet rays and you will be back to perfect soon.
thank you, this sound perfect! and exactly what I've been asking for; some kind of vitamin, light/laser therapy, but of course regular doctors don't want to hear such things.
actually have a glass light frequency machine that I got a few years ago, thought it would help my son's skin condition, I'll have to look again and see what it does, might be worth a try.
and I'll look for one of the older machines too, as I know those guys were closer to the truth back then, and why we never hear about them.
would be so great to walk without pain, even though I do think it was all part of God's plan, so I'd have time to focus on research..had to do something to keep me still;)
Okay I need to seriously get on the vitamin d3 again. I used to use doctors best but I'll have to see if I should do 10,000 ius to start with. I live in a state that is 80% cloudy any given day.
I relate to a lot of what you said about intestines twitching and always analyzing what I'm eating. I feel exhausted half the time. Do you know how much magnesium is a good supplement? I get migraines not super frequent but at least every few weeks sometimes more. But I'm always afraid of the loose bm.
I also want to supplement calcium bc osteoporosis runs in my family so I started back with my weight training yet I'm feeling it in my knees. Maybe that's B related too.
I have my gyn appt in a couple weeks and was going to ask them but they'll probably lie like my regular doc.
I'm a nurse and should know this but there's so much conflicting info and I don't trust pharma at all.
I get almost all of my supplements at Vitacost.com. Good prices and selection. Stay away from the supplements that have silica listed as an ingredient. They have some Vitamin D drops that I use.
It modulates the immune system and is used to treat TBIs along with autoimmune diseases. Some doctors take it as a cancer preventative. There are 2 LDN books on Amazon with more info. Has to be compounded at a pharmacy because it’s low-dose (under 6mg). Need a Rx but there are online doctors who will do telehealth.
Other things that help are high fat diets to rebuild myelin, look up Dr Terry Wahls.
thanks for the details:) haven't heard about LDN before, so this will be interesting to look into. I'm also hypothyroid, so would be great if it could help both issues. and I agree on the high fat diet, people who eat low fat always look so sickly, sure the msm & doctors pushing low fat is just another way to control us.
OK, will look for that next time.
Great job on the rest fren. You will live to 100 on the regimen.
I recommend one dropper of Fulvic acid in water, once a week. To detox heavy metals from your body: https://store.docofdetox.com/collections/humic-fulvic/products/fulvic-acid
You will live to 100 this way.

That's what Dr. Lee Merrick said. You can get your Vit D checked through DHA labs for $35.
My kid was at a level of 8! She's doing the loading dose once a week, but I'm throwing another 5-10k on top of it.
If you abstain from wheat in any form...then your Vit D3 levels will rise like magic when you supplement.

I take 10,000 daily and up it if I feel something going on.

haven't seen that one before, thanks:) looks like a good site, and saw an American flag on one of the videos, so that's always a good sign.
