One last question, I think I found good supplements for the b's, d3 +k2 and mag glycinate (thonit also says lysinate) bit for the zinc, I'm hesitant bc there was a time period I was taking the zinc lozenges cold eeze for around 2 or 3 weeks, it actually started to depress my immune system which I read you can have too much. It was giving me scratchy throat and just feeling rundown As soon as I stopped I felt better. Will the 20mg tablets not have the same effect?

In short lozenges are different than supplements. Also look for zinc glyciante. Its worth a shot. I have high doubts you would have issues with something so abundant as Zinc, but you already know your personal side effects should it occur.
I also suspect you were difficient in other things which caused Zinc to perhaps work incorrectly. I would try again with proper nutrition, as above. Please do not forget a brazil nut a day for selenium.
One last trick for you is to use Cashew butter which is the highest source of natural tryptophan, which will make you happy. Like a natural prozak.

Hey not sure if you'll see this. I haven't got my supplements yet but oit of blue I'm spiking a temp of 102 and feel like hit by a truck.
I have regular D3 5000 iu is that better than nothing? I have kombuchu which may be a source of vit k2
you need 2000-4000mg of C now if you are sick.
take the D. k2 is for long term like if you take D everyday for the rest of your life. you only need K2 after a year of D or so.
