The NWO Cabal have done their best to make the jobs market like the child's game of "Musical Chairs." In this game the children walk around a group of chairs arranged in a circle. when the music stops you are supposed to sit down in one of the chairs provided.
The problem is that there is always one less chair than than children, so someone doesn't get to sit. The kid left standing is then out of the game, and one more chair is removed. The last one standing is the winner.
(The teacher made the 5th grade play this game in school in Oakland CA, back in 1950. Made the kids fight each other for the chairs. Commie crap way back then. Had a Chinese lady teacher.)
And the jobs market is the same. In the past several decades there have always been more workers than jobs. One of the two responsibilities of the Federal Reserve Bank, as stated in a Congressional hearing, by Ben Bernake is to stabilize unemployment. Not to stabilize employment, but un employment! (Their other job, as he stated, is to stabilize inflation. Not to eliminate inflation, but to stabilize it!)
So no wonder some people are out of work, and some just say "screw it." Because they realize that getting steady, decent work has always been physically impossible for a certain number of the public. And when jobs are scarce, employers can abuse their employees at their whim, because they know that nobody wants to lose their job, especially if they have family responsibilities.
Not everyone can go to your farm to work. And with your attitude, I certainly wouldn't want to....
Way too difficult to find people to hire when we have to compete with the government who is paying people to sit around and do nothing with printed money.
Send that proposal to Marjorie Taylor Greene - she seems to be one of the only ones with enough balls to bring forward proposed legislation like this. Write your state senators and representatives - lots of welfare benefits are granted at the state level so maybe it could gain some traction there?

Agreed - also I believe any state that has passed 2nd Amendment sanctuary laws and other decrees thumbing their noses at the current "President" * would make it happen as well.
This is what I would refer to as a common sense law. Unfortunately in our current state of government we have no common sense. Too many bureaucrats, too many career politicians that look out for their own self interest and don’t really give a shit about with the people. We won’t have real change until 75% of Congress is replaced.

Cue the stage 1 thinkers say "but insurance will cover it". And who the hell precisely covers that cost.....it is the other customers of that company who will see their premiums go up to cover the adjustment.
I totally support something like this being across the board for other things not simply rioting. Even deportation to some third world country as punishment.

That's a joke. I know for a fact that here in PA if you are black and you report your food stamps stolen they will reimburse you for them. But if your white and your caught stealing benefits they sue you. Both situations actually happened. I know a cashier at the giant. And then a friend of mine neglected to disclose her tips from her waitressing. (Except the black girl didn't really have her benefits stolen she let her friend use them.)
You would have to get rid of the Democrats before that law would pass!
