Alternatively DUKE03 could be Andrew.

RRR is Royal Air Force, RCH is USAF and SAM is usually presidential fleet.
They add numbers onto the and often a plane can fly on different days as RRR850 and then RRR867 but it’s still the same plane.
It gets a bit more complicated as the RAF and USAF use other squawks for example ASCOT, TARTN or STRIK with differing numbers.
Once you find the squawk the site you use can tell you things like the tail number which never changes.
The tail number then gives you the make and model etc.
Sometimes it’s all N/A
Last week I picked up TITAN25 and everything indicated it was a 747 of the presidential fleet so not flying as AF1, but in the livery and movement of AF1.

This is a military operation...POTUS Trump isn't going to make all the calls on how this plays out (my opinion).

A 747 of the presidential fleet was flying under TITAN25 last Wednesday/Thursday.
It flew from The Arabian Gulf to Israel, then onto Brussels, left Brussels for London Stansted where it landed at around 0930GMT.
Stansted is where the AF1 lands in the U.K.
It was met by a helicopter under DUKE03 that flew into London and landed in Regents Park.
4 hours later TITAN25 was back up and flying back to the US across Southern Ireland.
So a very brief and very important visit by US high command to meet somebody in Central London.
