Most likely watermarks or the paper itself. Apparently paper from China has traces of bamboo in it and “our” good ol’ American Made paper ballots don’t.
Are you sure the legit ballots weren’t printed in China? Every jurisdiction does its own contract to get its ballots printed and there’s no law requiring that they be printed in America if the lowest bidder happens to be an overseas company.
Great if true and I wouldn't be surprised if there were watermarks, but how do we know this Dino guy is a credible source? Anybody know him? I don't. Hate to see pedes jump on some hopium without verifying.
on the streaming by time the get a batch of ballots to a UV machine (the one on the external forensic tables), i suppose that's how they check them
The paper is a special kind of paper with fluorescent flickers through it. There is no watermark. That’s not what they’re looking for. They are confirming the fluorescent flickers are through the paper.

There doing more than you realize, they are checking for a crease, signature verification, if markers where used , if boxes where printed in, looking for digital water mark and scanning the actual code on the water mark, cross referencing with voter rolls, if an actual address exsists, they will also be doing a forensic analysis on the dominion machines. They are scared , they know they are all screwed. Trump and team Q set the biggest piece of cheese out and they went for it and got caught . Keep your heads up pedes !
