There is no evidence that the mRNA vaccines alter DNA, indeed according to the science of cell biology, such a thing is just shy of impossible for each cell. To happen on a large scale IS impossible.
Even if a single cell did have its DNA altered by the mRNA in a vaccine it would almost certainly not be imbedding in an area where it will have all the other DNA elements required to actually be produced as a protein (promoter regions, enhancer regions, proper reading frame, etc.).
Even if that single cell DID have it imbedded with all the regions required it would almost certainly not survive long because the protein is designed to produce an autoimmune response killing the cell.
Even if the cell did survive it would not be likely to be a blood cell.
Even if it was a blood cell it would not be likely to survive long enough to be transfused, nor be one of the cells in the transfusion.

I've been called by the blood center at least once per week to come in to donate. I'm type "O-neg" so the blood is highly in demand.
I have always donated as scheduled... until Covid-19. I have refused to donate blood until the Covid-19 crisis is completely over... and I refuse to take the fake "vaccines" as well. I'm taking my vitamins, getting good fresh air and plenty of sunshine... and building up my own immune system.
Blood centers have asked why I'm not donating. I tell them "I'm not weakening my own immune system by donating blood at this time. When the Covid crisis is over, I'll be back, but not until then."
I’m the same blood type, they keep calling. I stopped after someone on Voat suggested I research the whole blood donation situation. I didn’t do the research yet, but I did stop donating.
Yeah, sorry, as much as I want to help save my fellow man, I stopped donating back in 2017 when I was educated to the fact that hospitals and insurance charge into the thousands for your blood and all you get is a juice box and if you’re lucky a movie ticket. I understand it’s a slippery slope and the reason why they don’t financially reimburse donors... but still, compensate me for what you are profiting off of.

At least for donating plasma, you're not allowed if you have had covid vaccine
How are the centers going to know if the donor received the vaccine or not? Is that being screened in the blood? Certainly not going to rely on self-reporting.

Japan is not excepting blood from those vaccinated. Many insurance will not cover for those vaccinated.
