I'm always up for interpreting the Bible, but the significance of these particular gifts isn't my strong suit, so I'll refer you to traditional sources such as Bible gateway that offer multiple traditional interpretions. But as it relates to the cabal, just remember that symbols are used by all sides, with one side choosing to pervert the good into evil. In other words, the bad guys would only bother with it, if it had good meaning to begin with. I take as a given that Jesus and the Magi had pure and good use of the symbols, regardless of how others may use and mis-use the same symbols later.
I am just starting to study bible and I am so confused as I finish the Exodus chapter. Is the old testament a [DS] bible? It seems to be all about the supremacy of the Israelites and how the God would destroy all other people to save them, even if they seem to be constantly transgressing all His rules.
Is the true Christian bible only New Testament? Should I be even reading the Old Testament at all?
Take a look again, the OT outlays the failures of the israelites. Idol worship, intermarriage with evil nations, disobedience to God. There are few who overcame the frailties, but the majority didn't quite do what God expected of them, they were in turn severely punished, recall being slaves to Egypt, then wandering in the desert? The picture of the valley of dry bones in Ezekiel....... The jews were hardly the heroes.
Very briefly: think of the Old Testament as the collection of soil, seeds, weather, work, material and instructions, and the New Testament as the finished wine that it produces, meant for us. The New Testament has all we need, but you'll understand it much better if you know the Old. If you're just starting, I'd personally read it like a collection of stories and let it soak in. And pray: prayer helps understanding.

Definitely. So far it is a collection of stories and I am enjoying it. I am having a hard time, though, with the whole God chose Abraham, Isaac and Israel and really the main virtue for chosing Abraham was because he was willing to sacrifice his son. I know its meant to show that he was obedient to God and was willing to follow His orders with full faith, but is it a coincidence that what God asked was child sacrifice?
If I did not know any better, it feels a lot like main stream subtly introducing things in thier programming to normalize what is not accepted as normal. Is it possible that the Bible as we know it has been manipulated over the years?
I will keep reading and keep an open mind, but would love to know what others think of these things.
@bubble_bursts: I'm with Serendipity8 (above), "KEEP READING!" but for a different reason. "God was in Jesus Christ, reconciling the world unto Himself" [2 Corinthians 5:19]. My interpretation is that the ancient Scriptures (Old Testament) tell us about the early stages of God reclaiming (reconciling) the world to HIS purposes. I say, that God's work of reclamation is ongoing - including the resurrection of Christ Jesus - and it will continue beyond our time here.
Is it unfair that the ancient Hebrews brutally destroyed other tribes and kingdoms while going about their work of reclamation? I say "yes" AND, I expect that those who were destroyed had been given opportunity to welcome the reclamation process and to become a part of it. You and I are unable to understand the depths of evil being practiced by those destroyed "nations". For example, look up "worship of Moloch" on Qwant or DDG. The horror is inconceivable...
YOU are being reclaimed and YOU are a part of the reclamation of the World. We are the healers. We don't have to destroy any tribes or kingdoms - except those spiritual "kingdoms" that keep us from doing HIS work and doing it HIS way. AND, you are in the early stages of your training... please don't stop. Daily prayer and praise and rejoicing in Him can help give you strength and understanding. He loves you. That's part of why you're being reclaimed.
We have LOTS of wonderful work to do for His Kingdom. BE BLESSED! GBY and your loved ones! May His Peace fill you and your home! THANK YOU for being here! MAGA and Make America His Nation AGAIN!

Actually this makes a lot of sense. Its almost like an important aspect is missing or is understated, which makes the rest of it seem unfair. Is it possible that OT did explain some of the horrors and evils practiced by those other nations? I know book of Enoch is supposed to talk about some of those things, I havent read it yet.
Also, I just cannot get past the symbolism of Egypt and how the Israelites were enslaved by Egyptians, and God helped them destroy the Egyptians and get free. If you look deep into the [DS], the Eye of Ra, the Baphomet - all of that has roots in ancient Egypt. Its not inconcievable that Egypt was the original [DS] even in biblical times.

This is a good way to look at it, thanks.
I say keep reading! The Old Testament is the genealogy of Jesus, and it predicts the eventual fulfillment of God’s promise to Adam and Eve.
