I accompanied my husband for a colonoscopy this morning. The maskhole clerk at the front desk said that the clinic does not recognize exemptions from wearing a mask. I told her that I carry the governor's EO on my phone (which states that there are exemptions to wearing a mask). She did not care. I had to wait in the car for 2 & 1/2 hours until my husband was ready to go home. A nurse told him that with a doctor's note, I could have come in without a mask. I don't need a stupid doctor's note! Why? (1) I am a Free American. (2) I am an adult and I can read the reports that masks are harmful for all. (3) I have asthma and carry an inhaler. (4) I am a retired nurse & former nurse practitioner. It is shameful that more/all healthcare practitioners are not advocating for our health and against this hoax! Glad that I am retired and not a part of the BS.

Healthcare is a pyramid scheme in the US now. So, so bad.
I feel sorry for those that are sucked into the vortex. I suppose that is why I put an extra emphasis on eating healthy,, sleep, exercise, and plenty of sunshine and fresh air.
How many doctors and nurses put their heads in the sand? How many go along to get along? Far, far too many. How many of them question the narrative? I know many supposedly intelligent, bright, medical people who vote Democrat, read MSM and are totally onboard with the vax.
Let's face it, all the medical schools are subsidized in part by Big Pharma. In essence, the doctors learn what the drug companies want them to know and little else. This is after graduating from woke high schools and undergraduate schools where they are Indoctrinated first, then groomed to think in terms of "standards of care" whereby someone else defines that standard with significant input from big pharma and med. device manufacturers. Those that think outside the box, read unapproved media or practice medicine in any way that deviates from "standard of care", the medical establishment, including their peers look at them as persona non gratis.
It seems the medical offices are the worst offenders with these crazy mask mandates.
I have a doctor's appointment coming up next week. First one in a year and a half. I am gonna ask her a ton of questions about COVID. I never got sick this past year and a half but I will be asking her if she would prescribe HCQ or Ivermectin if I come down with COVID.
She already knows I am an anti-VAXXER so she will KNOW I have and will not take their dang COVID shot.
I would have left WITH my husband. I'm finding when it comes to $ suddenly they bend.
My PA-C actually told me the vax was approved. I said it wasnt, it was only authorized for emergency use. How dare I correct her....she walked out of the exam room Ever wonder why you have to mask on a plane but not social distance of 6 feet? $ Also notice, doctors are pushing up return appointments (since they lost $ from lockdowns). I see them every 6 months, now they tell me to come in 1 month. Asked why, no answer.
I agree! My Dr and I had a contentious zoom appt where she learned she either works for me and continues my scripts or I stop my meds until this is over and I can find a more patriotic Dr. She took the Hippocratic oath not me.
I am ashamed to be a nurse anymore and clumped into the same category as these morons..
We do not clump you in that category at all. There are many people in the medical field who think the same as you! Stay strong and hold your ground.

At least, his nurse was honest & when he said something about the hoax she said she could not comment on it - which he took as agreement. The anesthesiologist told him he could remove his mask. So there was some sanity in the building, which we appreciated.
I agree! It's so ridiculous. I called every eye doctor I could find in my surrounding area and every single one said that they required a mask. Do none of these people think for theirself? I really don't get it.

Everyone wan't to be special but nobody want's to stand out.
By extension everyone wants to have integrity but no one wants to do anything that has any chance of jeopardizing any part of their life(job) to attain or show it.
