The only person in any of the memes who is actually a world leader is Merkel.
The rest of the people in the photos are just random people from her childhood.
I remember that image for sure, I found under a ddg search that it was the 10th image when I searched Angela merkel child. It actually links to a time.com article that I didn’t read.

What was that's context? Who was the third person? Grasping to find the right search terms to find again, but seems relevant to the topic at hand.
