The responses are always “well I just want to keep people safe indoors until I get vaxed” my reply is always “but how come you still have to wear one after you get the vax?” There’s always an awkward silence till I change subjects ??♂️

Live in Orlando. Cool attraction we have is Gatorland- they just went maskless today. Thousands of people attending today and probably at least 80% were maskless! It was so much fun.
Same here in Michigan. Masks everywhere. The Wally World greater was even telling people as they entered they didn’t need a mask if they’ve had their jabs.
I think the states that were locked down the most (and have the most liberals) will be the last to remove their masks.
I live in NC. We did our shopping last week in another city before the masks were lifted. Our Dem Governor lifted the mask mandate yesterday evening after the CDC. It will be interesting to see how many will now be wearing them.
Tomorrow at my church most people wear masks. I only did it to appease our pastor bc he was worried about having our services shut down. (and I usually pulled it off my nose so I could breath) I wanna see if they remove all the tied off alternate pews, too. But I won't be wearing a mask any longer in there.
Hawaii is still keeping the mask mandates until it is easier to figure out who has been vaccinated or not. By the way, I reckon this is the only state, or even place in the world with absolute 100% mask compliance by everyone.
Didn’t stop them last summer? Since this mask sh$tstorm started I have worn my mask probably 10 times just to keep my husband quiet!

Here in Massachusetts the governor hasnt lifted his mabdate and stated tgat he has no plans to lift it.
