I highly doubt she carried the child herself. More likely an egg donor and surrogate. Having a child is a huge perspective shift for most. Naomi Campbell has seen a lot and met most if not all of the major players. I am hopeful that having a child may change her on perspective on how innocent a child is. She may be an instrumental figure in the future. Who knows?
