That is consistent with the US government is a corporation. Federal employees are not subject to the constitution, only to the corporation's charter.
SCOTUS is in place to interpret laws based on the constitution. So if fed employees are not subject to constitution then they (justices) nullified their own jobs.
Yes. This is why. It is a function of which set of laws they are working under. From the article:
This was imo less a "draconian ruling" as an exposure of the fraud in the system. I suppose it can be both, but I think this is a move by the Patriots to expose a crime even greater than an election steal or the plandemic, without shedding any blood. I think this will expose the fact that we are no longer a Republic, but became crown property (slaves all) through subversions of the US Constitution via the D.C. Organic Act and various other acts between 1871 and 1913(ish).
There is somewhere in those Acts that will show that this ruling was lawful (within the scope of those Acts). Finding where this is lawful may expose the fraud that is our "Federal" government.
SCOTUS is a joke and needs to be dealt with
It means they have no rights and we can do whatever we want to them....
wtf
Don't have to follow constitution, they must not be citizens here.
So we have a highly organized group of heavily armed, non citizens patroling the country. Sounds like an invasion.
If you are referring to military, they are governed under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). If you are referring to the non-military workers, then I do not know what they follow if they ever followed anything at all.
Im referring to the 18000 federal police officers they are talking about in the article.
This is what the Constitution was written for, federal employees. The Constitution is their limitations. You can't carve out an exception. What next? It doesn't apply to the President?
Likey likey. Does this mean they are no longer afforded the same protections as well?
Bullshit
They're following the rules of the British territorial government (our de facto government) constitution. There are three Constitutions.
Those designated as "U.S. Citizens" are considered "employees" of the federal (contract) government. And, as such, are not a party to the Constitution.
U.S. Citizens are foreign to the de facto contract government and its own corporate constitution.
U.S. Citizens and federal employees are subject to the by-laws of the services corporation --- *The United States of America (Inc.) --- masquerading as our "Real government" since 1860.
Case law precedent exists where it was stated that "U.S. Citizens"are not a party to "the constitution", albeit, it's not openly discussed in order for the illusion to persist.
Those in apparent control just haven't told us yet.
You've got to DECLARE and RECORD your true political status as an "American State National/Citizen" to become a party to the original Constitution and no longer be subject to the corporate by-laws (codes, acts, statutes, ordinances, decrees, mandates, taxes etc.) that a "federal employee" is subject to.

The Supreme Court rules that The Fence is where the US Constitution and Bill of Rights end.
