69 Another "hack", this time affecting a major meat plant. I'd put money on the CEO calling for it to shut down in secret. (mobile.twitter.com) posted 3 years ago by xchainlinkx 3 years ago by xchainlinkx +69 / -0 17 comments share 17 comments share save hide report block hide replies
So what's the beef? (sorry, can't help myself)
They are attacking the food supply
This might be how they get everyone hooked on their bug-meat.
And the "impossible burger" whatever that is!
So you can't slaughter the meat now that your computers got hacked?
Ice Age Farmer says that the computer system is needed to track the products (in, out, stage of production, etc.)
Ah thanks for the info. I was too lazy to read up on it.
My read on hacks is either the white hats or black hats shut down something for whatever purpose and the cover story is "got hacked"
In this case, this being a meat processing plant, I would say it was white hats.

I'm so glad I was brought up hunting and fishing. I have a feeling it will be beneficial when the fuckery starts.
After numerous hack-alypse occurrences, and extensive election fraud, just maybe folks will decide that computers don't need to be in charge of every system. Maybe a return to analog might be wise in some cases.
