Not necessarily. All that has to be done is show that known medicines are effective against COVID-19. You don't need a vax if you have medicines that successfully treat it.

I don't claim to understand the legality of all of this other than to state the obvious, which is that vaccines are not necessary if prevention and cures exist. That doesn't mean they won't try, but a federal mandate is going to be a high hurdle even if approval comes tomorrow. There are criminal implications in what has happened to date. I don't know what authority/governmental body would have the ability to go after WHO or whether a Biden Admin would ever go after CDC. But both are criminally guilty of murder because they withheld knowledge and approval of these treatments (Ivermectin, HCQ). They may not be in a hurry to highlight these lawsuits and guilt by pushing for federally mandated vaccinations.
I'm hoping that Fecesbook, Twitter, You-Tube, etc... are ALL implicated in colluding to fraudulently suppress information about preventative medications (Ivermectin, HCQ) for Covid-19.
That should get each of them sued out of existence.
I am more nervous for my children. If they do what they are doing in other countries where they dont need parental consent and just give out this poison then i will be beyond pissed. If they tell me i am being mandated then at least i can fight them off.
