I did. With the intention of saving to catbox. But, catbox has a limit of 200 MB per file, and this PDF is ~360 MB. Will have to split it later and post two halves to catbox.
COLD Storage ALWAYS.
They can't "delete" a file from a USB thumb drive.
If they get close they can... had a guy put a rare earth magnet in my drawer at my last job because I had a drive full of work orders, pictures, and videos showing how bad he was. He was immune from trouble so I had to gather a lot of stuff to get him out
Just wrap your storage in a few layers of aluminum foil.
Multiple copies on different media in different locations. Remember burning cds/dvds? Immune to magnets.

Never tell anyone if you do something like that.
If you have the money and space, print everything. Buy lots of small capacity thumb drives. Get a less expensive PC you keep off the internet purely for storage. Set up a RAID array.
