I work for a financial institution over the phone and we've been working from home for 14-15 months now. We received an email notifying us that we'll receive a survey about vaccines. They claim the results will not be individualized and will only be used in aggregate to better plan for our return to the office in the fall. How would you respond?
Do you lie and say you've been vaccinated, in the off chance they track you? Do you say you haven't gotten the poison and don't intend to?
Now I haven't seen the questions yet but I imagine they'll be obvious. They could use this information in a number of ways that I know you all will hash out in the comments so I'll refrain from upchucking all my thoughts in this post.
What say you keyboard warriors?
Love this community. God wins.
im working in the ER tonight again, so far in the last 4 hours ive had FIVE people come in with pain, palpatations, numbness, blood clot, all the covid symptoms who have received the devils juice in the last few days. all under 50yo. NO MATTER WHAT stay way from that shit. Each time i shake my head and mutter "sheep" under my breath. Say you had the coof and have antibodies, whatever you need to!
Oh no problem there fren. I'm not taking the poison and neither will my family.
My first thought upon reading the email.
mark the email as spam
haha I actually really want to do that. It's worse than spam. It would feel like giving them the middle finger. Def not marking it as spam haha.
Funny how they send an email and just expect everyone to self-report private medical info. guarantee 80% of ppl take the survey. They obvi didn't mention its opt-in because its likely illegal to make it mandatory.
accidentally click on the spam button haha
True. We use Survey Monkey at work. The Surveys are anonymous but on the backend we can see the IP and email address accessing the Survey. So nothing is anonymous. We can see exactly who is complaining even when they don't identify themselves. Survey Monkey should disclose this fact in every single survey.
When you get the survey, fill in ALL of the blank spaces and then send it back. ?
Yes, you are both Male & Female. You are African American, Non-White Hispanic, White, Asian, Native American, Pacific Islander, etc... You are both Vaccinated and Non-Vaccinated.
Fill in every blank no matter what the question.
If they ask you why you did that... then you'll know the survey wasn't anonymous.
Just claim that you filled it out correctly. You self-identify as multiracial and non-binary, in addition to trans-vax.
Love it
That will probably not be an option. It will probably be something like, "have you been vaxed? yes, no, not yet, not going to". Only letting you select one choice. You get the idea.
Ok. DON'T select "Not going to".
That would be stupid. Instead, select "Not yet". That can mean a lot of different things. Liberals always hope to retrieve "lost people" who are "transitioning" or wavering. If you are a definite NO! then they only have one choice... to persecute you for having an opinion different from theirs.
Always be willing to consider, I leaning towards doing it, planning to do it, thinking about which of the vax brands is right for you, etc... . That way, they can't persecute you, but you don't have to take the shot "until you're ready" .
Great argument. Very smart. Problem with that is we don't even know if that will be an option. It could be multiple questions. Question 1, have u been vaxed? yes or no. Question two could be different depending on your answer to question 1. I think I'm not even going to open the email. Just throw it in a folder to auto delete some point in future. I'm conflicted and just feel violated even being put in the situation.
Hoping someone who has experienced this can post and tell me the outcome of their situation.
I would absolutely, positively REFUSE to complete the survey.
Um...too bad you never saw the email...simple.
Yea that is definitely the response if every confronted about completing it. I doubt there will be a campaign to have 100% participation or anything like that. The two methods I'm considering are not taking it or taking it and lying. I think taking it and being honest is not in my best interest. Gotta make that fiat income, unfortunately.
No just ignore it....how will they know if it went to your spam folder, or if you never “saw” it or clicked on it....that’s what I was saying...
I kinda want to click into it just to see what they're asking. They track everything though. I bet they'll be able to tell if I open at all, whether submitting it or not. Why do you say don't lie? They can't ask for proof. I'm not going to take it though. They can't make this mandatory because invasion of privacy.
Well if you ignore it and don’t click on it....that isn’t a lie.....it seems like the safest way.
10-4 good buddy. Thanks for your incite.
yes, lie, lie, and lie some more to those soulless pigs. The more polluted their dataset becomes, the more patriots win. and of course you must assume they will use the data to assess/track you.
Thank you for reassuring me. This was the course of action I first thought of taking. Then I considered being honest but I feel, like others have said, that they will identify me and my response.
Don't take the survey. If they know you didn't take it, it's not anonymous.
Just cite that it invades you right to privacy and you will not be participating.
Well said. I'm starting to lean towards not completing it. If I did take the survey I would be lying anyway.
It depends on their wording. If the question is "have you been vaccinated?" You can honestly answer yes if they don't specify which vaccine they mean and you have been vaccinated for other diseases like polio...
So true! See now I'm debating whether to open it at all or just not take and not open it. I would like to see the questions but then if I decide not to answer they'll probably know I opened it and didn't complete it. Less than ideal situation but I'm leaning towards not opening it. If they apply pressure to complete then I'll open and look at questions to consider taking it.
just pretend that you are super-excited about having been vaccinated,
BUT...
you really don't want to set a precedent by divulging your private medical info.
I filled out an “anonymous” survey a few weeks ago and just got laid off on Friday. Be careful.
Don't lie. Don't answer any of the questions which are posed inaccurately, that is if they ask about a vaccine mark thru it and write in, 'what vaccines, did not know one existed, all I knew about were mRNA gene therapies'....
I would answer in such fashion, exploiting every lie and ignorant utterance they offered up. Never let 'them' move goalposts or conflate matters, never allow them to substitute feelz for Reality.

You're so right! While I share your exact opinion I don't want to draw attention to myself. I'm not going to take the survey. I'm glad I made this post though because at first I was going to take it and lie. Great advice from you and all others who posted. Stay strong!
Don’t lie.
Often a company will hire a different company to send out an employee survey. The survey company compiles the data tallies the results, then reports the results to your company. They never expect that everyone will participate. Unless it comes directly from your personal boss, I would ignore the survey. If ever questioned on whether you took it, just say you lost the email before you could do it. Oops. Accidentally deleted it.
Surveys must not be compulsory. The simple reason is that if you compel people to answer questions, then the results will be biased. Furthermore, there should be a statement that you can withdraw at any time. If that is not there, just refuse to fill it in, because the information is your business, not theirs.
Whether or not you have been vaccinated, is a private matter, between you and your doctor. End of.

I understand and agree. I can just not take the survey I think. But taking it a lying is also an option, would that be a better strategy? Contaminate their data. It's not like they'll ask for proof because they can't really do that.
It is a strategy I must admit, however, in my experience, whatever the results of such a survey, will be ignored in favour of their agenda anyway. These days surveys are just a cover that companies create to simulate stakeholder involvement. In reality, they don't actually care what the responses are.
If you tell them a load of porkies it won't make any difference to what they intend to do.
Good points. So you would just throw it in a folder and not even open it then? Pretty sure that is what I'm going to do. Supposed to be sent to everyone this week. Also in that same email they informed us that we're required to wear masks but if you're vaxxed u can take it off when at your desk. If not vaxxed u have to wear a damn mask at your desk, surrounded by cubicle and on the phone. So how are you going to know who is vaxxed and who isn't? It's bullshit unless they ask for proof, which I'm hoping they wont cross that line. Probably illegal.
It is illegal, and they are attempting to take advantage of people's honesty. They have no right to ask for proof of vax BTW, so I would just take off the mask and go to work. My suspicion is that no-one will ask you for proof.
Thank you, patriot. I hope your username does not describe your current mental state. No need to be sad. The window is shifting towards the truth, slowly though.
thank you.
