That headline is a misnomer to begin with. According to the article linked, the order to review came down last month. But the Board of Elections in GA counter sued and the judge has scheduled a June 21st court date to hear arguments about stopping the review. So the review is on hold pending that hearing and may not take place at all if the defendants are successful in court.

@New2me, it is taking so long because politicians in both parties are in on the steal. In addition, the justice department and judicial system are corrupted and controlled as well. When everyone's guilty, who runs the court? We have some MAGA politicians demanding it, and we have us, We The People. As Bannon likes to say, "We gotta keep our shoulder to the wheel."

President Trump is exploring every avenue to correct the wrong that has been done. However he is dealing with corruption at every level of government, He has to do it by the book and by the letter of the law. If all else fails because of the corruption, is when military steps in to uphold the Constitution. When I see folks saying well he is the President why don't he just do this and that. I get the frustration.he must do things absolutely within the law. They would love if he usurped legal procedure.and find fault they would try to impeach and charge him in a heart beat. They have all the evidence and they have to play it out for the public to see. I just watched Joe Biden board AF1 he was greeted by the pilot and co pilot on the air field to make it look real. Normally there would be decorated Military to be standing at the bottom of the stairs of AF1. They had uniforms but no patches of decorations on sleeves. IN other words this a movie.Pay attention to the details. Hopefully it won't be too much longer we have to watch this charade and President Trump can resume his rightful and lawful position as President front and center. Unfortunately they will and have put every roadblock in the way with some corrupted judges and courts that haven't allowed the cases to be heard. How about the truckloads of ballots that were illegally shredded and no one in Georgia cared? There was literally only one person in Georgia standing there with a cell phone recording them hauling ballots off and destroying them.
Where were the thousands of outraged Georgians blocking the trucks and confiscating the evidence?

how do they get around the fact that ballots were destroyed? We know they shouldn't have been, but how do they use evidence of missing ballots to help prove fraud? (If they are not there, other than pointing fingers, what can they do about it?)

The law requires ballots to be kept for 22 months, they're automatically in violation of the law if they destroyed ballots.
