Um…if you have ever been pregnant, I think you would say it is absurd that “we” are pregnant. I’ve always hated that.
We most definitely were not having internal organs kicked, suffering from inability to sleep, we were not on the cusp of vomiting for almost 3 months…and WE werent both pregnant.
I understand that you want to share the experience of becoming a family. And use WE as a shorthand for that impulse. But saying WE are pregnant doesn’t give your body the respect of making new humans, and doesn’t give your mate the respect for keeping you safe while you are less able to.
Scraping the bottom of the barrel to be a victim and have something to whine about.
How the fuck is this sexism?
If being asked a "normal question" is such a huge fucking problem for this woman then SHE has a problem. No one else, it's her problem and hers alone.
I will never understand people who expect and demand the entire population change something that is completely normal and as harmless as being asked a question because of how they CHOOSE to perceive it.
STOP making your bullshit everyone else's fucking problem!
If they are truly woke, then they both fall pregnant, grow a big tummy and until the very end no one knows who will pop out the baby
Maybe she should be asked a more pointed question like “who will be raising your child daily? A parent or a for-hire corporation?
Richard Pontius is a hero!
Holy Crap! This is "woke"? I lost about 30 iq points trying to decypher any actual direction this statement could be leading to! Since "we" are pregnant, does the husband get paternity leave too? What is the duration of this "leave"? Why? Does this shared "pregnancy" render them both as "limited usefulness"? Are they both in "recovery" at the end of the term? Are they both still on payroll and what percentage of the original pay? Just... AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGG!!!
Maybe his ass should have been stretched open as far as her vagina to share their labor. I didn't like history either, but rather than rewrite it, I became an engineer to deal with life objectively and sarcastically.
Ouch.
Someone needs to explain to Molly that men forget they left the baby locked in a hot car while women can sense when their grown children are crying a thousand miles away.
I've often seen that very rude expression "fuck her brains out".
Well, now I understand what it means.
If only there was some way of knowing why this happened? Like some pattern that repeats over and over again, allowing for a certain amount of prediction. Ah well. I guess we just live in complete chaos because reality is so complex and unreliable.
It's almost like living completely on emotions makes for mental illness.
