Champ and Major are pet German Shepherd dogs that belong to President of the United States Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.[3][4] Champ died in June 2021.
Major is the first shelter dog to have lived in the White House.[5][6] There were no pets living in the White House during the four years of the Trump administration
Joe Biden promised his wife he would purchase a dog after the 2008 presidential election should Barack Obama manage to win the race.[8] Jill Biden taped different pictures of dogs on seats of Biden's campaign plane for him to see.[9] He purchased the dog as a puppy from a breeder in Pennsylvania, and it was named Champ (born October 2008) by his granddaughters. Champ's name reminded Biden of advice given to him by his father who said, "Any time you get knocked down, champ, get up!"[5][10] Joe Biden has an affinity for German shepherds, having trained them in the past.[9] Biden would give children small plush toys of Champ during his vice presidency.[7]
On June 19, 2021, the White House announced Champ had died. "In our most joyful moments and in our most grief-stricken days, he was there with us, sensitive to our every unspoken feeling and emotion," the statement[11] read. "We love our sweet, good boy and will miss him always." It also said the dog "passed away peacefully at home"
Regarding Major:
Major (born January 2018) was a rescue from a litter that had been exposed to "something toxic" in their home,[2] and their owner was unable to afford the expense of veterinary care for them.[7][5] He was fostered by the Bidens earlier that year from the Delaware Humane Association's shelter and has been with them since late 2018. On the day Joe Biden adopted the dog from the shelter, he stayed "telling stories and taking selfies with staffers" for over an hour.[5] The origin of Major's name is not publicly known, but Beau Biden, Joe Biden's son with his first wife, Neilia Hunter Biden, was a major in the Delaware National Guard.[7][10][12] Major joined several other dogs adopted by world leaders, including French president Emmanuel Macron and his Labrador-Griffon cross Nemo, and Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau and his Portuguese Water Dog Kenzie.[13]
Lots of comms surrounding this just on the wiki page.
Wow, thanks for this. I thought it odd that Lin Wood always posts about his dogs. It's because he's telling us that he is relaying info from Pompeo. So Biden's dog's death symbolizes that he is no longer receiving instructions from a higher up whose code name is "Champ". What a trip all this is.
Likely the inverse I think- that he no longer has 'Champ' on the leash. Champ would be subservient in the relationship with the owner. (again, I think, I haven't been doing this very long).

having seen all the sniffing/grabbing pics that statement just screams the pervert with the van wanting kids to see his puppies we used to be warned about.
Like this one, a lot of dog comms mention "good boy". IPOT 1776 did a number of videos just on dog comms. They're worth watching if you're interested. It looks like he's archived his old videos on Bitchute since YouTube took him down.
From Wiki, a few bits highlighted.

Is that the one that kept biting people?
Time to get Bidan out and Kamal toe in place. They are worried about Trump's triumphant return.
Is this a communications that the biden administration is done?
If dog comms are real, this seems like a big one.
Good minds think alike! I just posted this! Some of the comments on the daily mail article are super funny. Precious dog though!
