If we all suspect that the Three Gorges Dam will be destroyed in order to take out the CIA crypto mining taking place under it,....why would the CIA just move the cyptro farm before the dam is destroyed?

As for mining, ... with all the server farms out there ... how difficult would it be to switch to a new location, especially if such a contingency is taken into account? It seems sufficient time has elapsed to at least prepare for such a thing.
Of course, it would take a lot of money .... and that may be in short supply.

I have read about possibility of earthquake weapons. If they exist could be used at just right moment at max water height to make it look like nature did it.

Anyway, crypto mining requires power. Doing it at a hydroelectric plant provides cheap power and cooling options. Infrastructure is expensive to set up and limited locations to select from for certain industries. Doing that work in the heart of china also would give defensive and legal protections. so, where would they go if that is no longer a usable site?
