What I'm hearing is that the booming/shaking has been going on for a LOT longer than a typical fireworks show, and that it has been on and off since mid-June. Definitely something more than fireworks going on there. Finger Lakes connection? Canada trafficking?

Because it’s summer. Lots of places like fairs, Carnivals, sporting events, founder’s days, etc, have fireworks displays.

Chinese troops and commies in general love to invade an area using underground troops networks (see: Cu Chi Tunnels in the Vietnam War). Niagara Falls would be an obvious place for Chicoms to try to control. Sounds like U.S. forces are taking them out.

Well yes, in other states it would be breaking the law. In Texas we have a 10-day period before and up to July 4th and New Year's Eve. Any other time of year fireworks are illegal. So yeah, that's a good reason 'not to'....for normal people, anyway. Normal like NOT having Bubba prison fantasies.

Can anyone find the timestamp of this video? I would be less inclined to believe it's fireworks if the timestamp is, say, after midnight.

Ask the Canadians, they are just across the very narrow river Niagara river and they have different holiday schedules from the US.
In other words, it could’ve been Canadians blowing up fireworks and the Americans wouldn’t know anything about it. The tourism trade on the Canadian side of the Falls is much more advanced than the tourism on the American side. So some casino decides to blow up a bunch of fireworks on a random night, big deal.
There is an Air Force Base in Niagara Falls but it’s in the opposite direction East of the Falls. Relative to this woman filming position, it would be behind her.
