The American dub had to rename those particular stands. For example, there is a stand called Killer Queen whose ability is "Bites the Dust."
Aside from McAfee having a shockingly appropriate affection for the character Joseph Joestar (they are like the same persona, for real), there isn't much else to talk about in relation to Q.

With the hanged man card, the negative would be with the head at the top and the feet at the bottom, just like Psaki. Notice that one of the negatives is "prison sentence."
