They tried to stop the AZ audit, they failed. So here's the latest gambit by Democrats to stop the cascade of coming audits: shut down GA.

If fraud is proven in Georgia, that not only delegitimizes 16 EVs for Sleepy Joe, it also puts the Republicans back into the majority in the Senate. And doing that puts a patriot (Grassley) back into the Chain of Succession, which I suspect may be an important piece to the larger plan.
It is not a coincidence that the feds are choosing to get involved at this particular time. More than any other state, they cannot allow fraud to be proven in Georgia. Panic.
And while the DOJ is busy harassing Georgia, Michigan can get their audit rolling which also has 16 EVs at stake and a stolen Senate seat as well. Bit of a tag-team match.

The feds cant do shit. It's a state right and they cant trample upon it. Arizona already warned them.
They're being belligerent in the hopes that beating their chest will scare the states into obedience.
It won't work and as a matter of fact, it's backfiring. After Arizona, states are growing their balls back.
