You are thinking too literally. President Trump is the bait, he likely wouldn't know every detail of what's going on in the background for opsec reasons. He was asked to be in this position for the love of the country and to end the evil against children, human trafficking, money laundering etc.

If you really are in control at least help the people who got you in office out? He executive ordered a lot of things but none on big tech that made progress and also his pardons were mostly bs.
