She has accused me of being sexist without any basis, and now I’ve heard her casually throw around “he’s a misogynist” for several people she doesn’t like (including a divorce attorney which is lol funny). What is a good response that might encourage her to stfu?
This. Some girl at a past job started spreading rumors that I was harassing her outside of work. I went straight to the boss with text message proof she was lying and she got fired that day. Otherwise those rumors could have gotten back to the boss and I may have been the one fired.

"can you give an example?" is usually very effective, if you get a decent example (rare) you can follow up with "are there any others?" which subtly implies the first example was weak. Usually these kind of technical name callers are all in their heads living a fantasy and examples are usually ludicrous stretches for normal people. In the super rare case you get solid examples, you can finish with "I like to let people make up their own minds, so I tend not to repeat hearsay"

Report her to hr for spreading malicious rumors. I've done exactly this.
My scenario news we were contracted, and the GM was making jokes at my expense to their In house employees with whom I was good friends with.
Long story short he had to come apologize to me and now has a documented record of employee harassment.

Make a complaint so it's established and documented. Speak to her as little as possible. Personally document every crappy thing you hear her say. Dates/times, who she said it to.
Complain to HR she's creating a toxic work environment and that as you identify as a black trans female, she's really using hate sorach against you. I would.
Back in 80’s when I was in USAF we got a girl in an all male shop. First 2 weeks she was there she was saying unreal nasty sexual comments but the guys never took the bait. (Married, amazingly). Next thing you know 20 of us were being questioned and writing statements at OSI HQ. Justice prevailed and she was transferred to another SQDN. Then we warned all the guys at that SQDN. Some can’t make their way on laurels, & some are just INSANE.

There is a spy pen w 1080p camera/mic on amzn for like $35. The one with the large silver button top- I would recommend. Just needs a micro sd card.
Alternatively: get a bluetooth earbud headset (one good for (work) calls). Have a recording app on your phone home screen for easy access. Recording with your phone in your pocket with no headset causes the mic to pic up clothes rustling with every movement- acceptable, but not great.
Win the battle before it starts. Catch them in the act. The only issue would be if you live in a 1 party consent state or not. You do not have to ask/ let anyone know you are recording, with 1 party consent.
There are also apps that turn your phone into a body cam. Video is sent to the cloud. "You can whip a skunk, but you might not want to."
