I recall that happening in Detroit however it does not mean it didn't happen elsewhere. They do share tactics. They did a lot of messed up stuff in PA as well though such as kicking out republican observers (in Philly) and not letting them back in. Threatening them with arrest if they came back.
Yeah I thought they kicked them out and then boarded up the windows which is why I was thinking PA. Information overload is a hell of a drug.
In Philly, where they got kicked out, there was no windows. Behind closed doors was already built in. The cheaters were better prepared there.
