I have decided to break away from our current society's addiction. I will not consume it any more.

It is better for patriots and all people to get off of sugar including hidden sugar in prepackaged foods. Sugar is cancer's favorite food. Believe me when I say that Stevia, entirely natural, sweetens as good as sugar. Get the "O" brand from Safeway, it does not contain the kind of alcohol sugar which the body thinks is real sugar. Other stevia brands have the other alcohol sugar. To this day I still crave the feeling of sugar crystals at the bottom of the bowl, in the milk, after a nice garbage bowl of dry cereal. I know the sugar addiction is real. Also you can get carbonated copycat soft drinks with stevia not real sugar and spare yourself 16 teaspoons of poison per can.
All processed foods are garbage
Indeed. Don't eat cereal. Apart from the refined carbohydrate, it usually contains traces of "Roundup".
Mentally, Physically fit and superior... sugar is the root of the majority of western illnesses
Stevia is natural? I've been adding it instead of sugar, but was a bit worried about my kidneys lol
I need something sweet in my coffee and honey doesn't cut it.
Try milk or cream. You don't need anything sweeter than that.
You either get really good milk, or I'm really addicted to sugar.
You are addicted to sugar. I used to "need" it too, but several years ago, got used to not having sugar in coffee in about a week. Had an ice plain coffee with cream yesterday, was soooo good
Having one right now, iced plain with cream, it's rough lol
I guess I can try it for a week.
Now I'm wondering if sugarless milk chocolate exists.
Just remember stevia was used as a contraceptive in SA. If you are interested in getting pregnant, don't use it.
I agree to all of this. I lost a ton of weight going keto combined with fasting, and now I'm more fit then I was in high school.
Im still sticking with it even though I've reached my weight loss goal for my own mental clarity.
(If my comment is inspiring you to go keto, note that I wish I had 3 months to study prior to starting. You can damage your body if you aren't clear of what you are doing to it.)
Another benefit to getting off sugar is the elimination of inflammation in the body. You will be amazed at the relief from joint pain.
There are very few health issues can't be resolved by simply eating meat and lifting weights.
I dropped the sugar in April...Lost 20 lbs, have never felt better, I have an inflammatory disease and the pain is much better. Chicken, fish, salads, steaks, and veggies...this is the way!!!!
It's true, I've lost weight just by cutting sugar intake. The less you eat the less you crave.
Good on you. I did this years ago. But beware the hidden sugars and syrups in virtually ALL processed food and drink! Also beware refined carbohydrates, which can be as bad as sugar (or worse). No rice, pasta, potato, etc. You'll soon be wondering where the fuck you can buy real food. Look at cheeses, unprocessed meat, raw vegetables (you can cook them or at least blanche them). Go easy on the fruit, much of which contains fructose.
Sugar encourages candida overgrowth which leads to a multitude of problems. Get off sugar and retrain your taste buds. We have been groomed to believe sweetness is the only taste/flavor. Savor seasonings and all types of flavor. Grow up from the childishness of everything has to be sweet.
And when one breaks the addiction, one has amazing willpower towards every aspect of one's life. Coming off it feels like shit, though. Rough week.
There are a number of things you can do to help the transition. Don't just avoid the sugar at the same time embrace the health. Eat some sour or bitter foods and really taste them on your tongue. Lots of Vitamin C helps fight the candida. Once you conquer the candida the cravings cease.
I stopped alcohol, too, so it's more than just making delicious whole foods, woooolawd
It is childishness, literally: part of the desire for this is because of the sweetness of the breast milk you get as an infant.
I've been on Keto since May 16th. lost 21lbs as of today, never felt better. I still crave sugar, and have cheated a few times but I don't think I will ever go back to the way I used to eat. Keto has solved so many of my health problems in just a short time. Life changing.

Your choice. You missed some valuable information, but you'll live without it.
Who ever is downvoting me is ASSHOE too. kek
I have an idea who that might be, but I really don't care.
Please tell me how to do this. I have tried before and failed.
I would like to know how to do this long term, ive done this 3-4 times in my life and always relapse, hard. I've dome keto and carnivore (my last 2 children we're conceived while in my second weeks of carnivore attempts after years of apparent infertility) but I always rebound hard and now I'm 35 and pushing 300 lbs. I'm seriously looking into consulting a hypnotist because my rebounds have blackpilled me. I may just have shit willpower but I'm not alone in this and I don't know the answer to it.
I had a roommate in college that would make a pound of spaghetti, throw in some sauce, then pour sugar out of the bag into the sauce (Atleast a cup maybe 2). That is how his family ate spaghetti their whole lives. I wonder why everyone in his family is overweight lol.
That is a sacriledge to spaghetti!!! I am horrified.
Lol, I felt the same way. He always wondered why I would go hungry instead of eating that crap. That is almost as bad as McDonald's.

I gave up sugar just by generally avoiding it and years later glad I did. What I wish I knew earlier: replace with meat.
I have gone to one meal per day most days. About half meat half vegetables and some fruit. I'm not a tyrant so I allow myself some sugar but I feel great and have lots of energy.
Added that too this past week. Nothing outside of noon to 8pm. It's getting good
