Even though this is an unpublished study, it does show that people are looking into this possible outcome and getting results that show that it is possible for foreign genetic sequencing to be taken up into the genome.

This will cause these endothelial cells to make the spike protein, which will then cause damage in the neighboring cells in the vasculature (as well as the infected cell itself). It will also cause an immune response in the capillaries adding even more chance for damage. This disruption of capillary integrity causes exactly the types of disease modalities we see in the VAERS data.
There are other problems that the spike protein will cause, such as nerve damage, for very similar reasons to the capillary damage, but its all easily explained by the biology. There is no reason to be going outside of biology for fear porn (such as the article in the OP). There is plenty enough in the real stuff.
