The DS preys on children for adenochrome. It's been said that they would therefore likely value unvaccinated populations over vaccinated right? So why ship vaccines to Haiti?
The deep state breed their own children in birthing units hidden underground. They do not need the current children.
Then why traffic the children from the border?

How do you know what is in those vials? You're assuming it's what everyone is getting.
^OMG, this so much. I'm in the medical field. They put different things into different lots of vaccines. When you report to VAERS with the lot number they can see how different experiments work. They are literally using millions/billions of people as guinea pigs for everything. That's why you see some people get graphene oxide, some people getting magnetically active injections sites, and other getting massive blood cots, strokes, and other thromboi ("Thrombuses"). Multiply the numbers on VAERS by to 10 to 100 times to get the real numbers. Wow, indeed!
Kinda makes you wonder what they are REALLY doing in Haiti

A few ideas to consider:
The vaccines offer another vehicle for money laundering/graft/embezzlement
Adults dying from this leave more orphans
Approving the jab allows the syringe in the arm, but who validates what goes in the syringe? Or the bottle it comes from? Answer - at best the folks making the money in suggestion 1
Easily controlled narrative to use for global vax push... they'll manufacture data and results in Haiti ( didn't want vax, assassinate leader, vax heavily, lie how drastically this improved Haiti, move on to next country they exploit)
Because they tolerate ZERO dissent, like the good marxists they are
[they]'re overall plan is depopulating for he Earth to ~ 500 Mil. Vaccines in every country help with that.
What gets me is that the lower level asshats don't even realize that [they]'ll be depopulated, too. There's millions of [them] worldwide. If [they] represent the Top 1%< and our total Global pop. is ~ 7.5 Bil, then there's at least 70.5 Mil "1%'er" asshats running around. We KNOW [they] want depopulation to 500 Mil, so that means the majority of [them] get depop'd, too. Otherwise, it would out too severe a strain on the rest of the total population.
Even if [they] stop the depop effort at 1-1.5 Bil, logic dictates that [they] will have to "eat [their] own," so to speak (maybe literally?).
Why any of the 1%'ers would ever go for this plan thinking [their] families will be spared is beyond me.
Or, there are factions within the DS who do not agree with one another.
