Christ Jesus WILL BE the Advocate AND the Judge! Christ our Lord looks on the heart and He will show mercy to those hearts that He owns and even to some that we cannot understand! That is HIS call! Yes, be discerning regarding the fruits of those who appear to be unrepentant - but JUDGEMENT is way above my pay-grade!
