Oh I would love to but they won’t sell a firearm if not registered, if your referring to big box stores. Now gun shows are sometimes different, if you find a non dealer selling. But it’s getting rare.
It doesn’t matter though. When my boat flipped in the lake I frequent a lot, I lost most of them registered firearms anyways. Dang shame too. What a waste of money.
Well I’m from Tennessee and any place I purchase a firearm is registered with the background check, afaik. And outside a private sale or gun show, non dealer, i have to have a background check. At that moment the gun sold is placed in my name and information. It’s why people pay a fair amount more for private sales, so as long as the seller is good with no info.
If you buy gun from a legitimate source, you don’t have to register it, it’s automatically registered for you via fed agent on telephone during the background check.

Yes, this is what I believe to be correct.
Isn't the Federal Background check a defacto registry?
Actually it is none of their business as to how much money you make.
Is there any pending litigation or court cases on mandatory registration like CA is doing? Total bullshit.
Have you ever wondered where Form 4473 goes? Maybe into one location, almost like a registry?
OP IS A GLOWIE AND A FAGGOT.
DO NOT ACTUALLY DO THIS.
If legally required, register your 2A. If you can legally skirt the requirement, only then do so.
