That’s just DOJ’s “opinion”. I don’t think mandatory vaccines are even in their got damn wheelhouse let alone “experimental gene therapies” that aren’t FDA approved. Eat a bag of dicks DOJ.
The only thing in the way is the coercion thingie in that pesky Nuremberg code.
One does not tie the vaccine, which is experimental, to human rights. If you are threatening to take away someone's job, or the ability to buy food, or anything else for that matter (who decides what is essential?), you are engaging in coercion.
Unfortunately, the little fascists are rubbing their hands in glee, and it will force people to submit to the vax when they have a family to feed.
You know, there are a lot of things that are not "illegal" federally, but States have laws that are more restrictive.....kalifornia employees can carry over vacation when people in other states can't. company by company, but state law prevails.
I think kalifornia counties are choosing only from vendors that bow to that county's belief system. I will work at my local level to encourage my county to only buy from or give tax incentives to companies that follow "Freedom of Choice" policies.

They didn’t “rule”, they stated an opinion.
Doj doesn't get to decide this
