Things that we should NOT be doing:
- We should not be advocating violence against anyone or any group
- We should not be getting the tyrant's poisonous "vaccination" under ANY circumstances. Do your own research. Do not let their lies and false fear influence your decision. You are not alone in refusing the vax.
- We should not be watching TV or listening to MSM (it's all lies, propaganda and brainwashing)
- We should not be wearing a mask (they are not effective and they send a message to the cabal that we are compliant with their "mandates").
- We should not be buying products and services from globalist corporations, Hollywood, 3-letter sports or any other companies that support BLM/Antifa, wokeism, CRT, indoctrination of children, pedophilia, human trafficking, open borders, election fraud, communism, satanism, anti-Christian, etc.
Things that we can and should be doing:
- We should be actively participating in our local politics (school board meetings, municipal government elections, town public meetings, state government elections). Make your voice heard. Silent no more.
- We should be following the Constitution and the rule of law at all times. As messed up as the country is right now, it will be the Constitution and the Good People of this nation that will save it.
- We should be more vigilant than ever with our children so that they do not succumb to the indoctrination of the Left. Home-schooling is a good alternative until the public system can get straightened out.
- Finally, and most importantly we should be reading the Bible, praying, trusting and obeying the Lord in all things. He loves us all and has a plan for each one of us. His Plan is that we accept His Son Jesus as our Saviour, repent of our sins and follow Him. God bless you.
EXERCISE!!!!!!!!! There is no substitute for eating right and staying fit. Period. Period. Period.
I gave up caffeine this month in order to lower my anxiety, and stress. Hardest thing I've ever done for myself. I've realized that caffeine was doing terrible things to my mindset, and peace of mind.
I highly recommend others also drop caffeine. It will really help bring peace back to your life, and improve your ability to think critically. I never realized how much of a handicap it was on my life.
Yeah, I only drink caffeine-free soda (Root Beer) and water now... I gave up all caffeine years ago after getting sick from it.
After getting out of the sickbed and recovering from the struggle in the first few weeks from caffeine withdrawal, not fun times, that's for sure.
End results the best choice I've ever made!
The sugar in that soda isn't any better.
I never drink root beer. My oldest brother, when I was a kid, told us (his siblings) root beer was made from crushed cockroaches.

Has your anxiety and stress gone up since quitting? I'm on day 7 and have been having sporadic panic attacks. I've read in the book Caffeine Blues that stress hormones can take up to three weeks to normalize after quitting caffeine.
I'm about 3 weeks on the wagon and after the initial fog of several days have seen consistent improvement; decrease in anxiety, lower stress and I'm sleeping better.
I've been trying to get my mom to quit caffeine for months now; she knows to decent extents the work we do and while it's comforting having someone in my home court that supports me/us in our fight, even something as "small" as caffeine spikes her anxiety a lot and probably has a hand in making her slightly panic sometimes over current happenings rather than calming and placing trust in God and the freedom fighters.
Jump rope or jumping jacks work all major muscle groups and can be both aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
Same with swimming. Works out every muscle and due to the resistance of the water and the fact you're already wet, you can go hard with no worry of sweating or smelling bad
Plus, it is easy on your joints so if a person hasn't exercised in years, it is better than other options.

As digital soldiers one of our greatest weaknesses is going to be physical because we spend lots of time sitting in front of screens. While we won't be running across literal battlefields and crawling through trenches anytime soon (hopefully), our physical condition is directly tied to our mental and spiritual condition.

70% of comorbidity for COVID are obesity. If you want to truly stay safe the best thing to do is exercise instead of all the lockdown mask BS. It'll keep you healthy for tons of other things as well.
Why presume Covid is real at all? We know it's a common flu, come on. "Comorbidity for Covid" is the same as comorbidity for a flu.
