My brother in law is currently in hospital on ventilator. I understand how grim the situation is, I don’t need anyone telling me how low his chances of survival are. I need to know if we have a chance to fight for him, how we can do it. When he was first admitted 2 weeks ago for low oxygen and pneumonia he had been put on antibiotics. He seemed to be improving, then suddenly went downhill shortly after new doctor took over (maybe just a coincidence) but this DR has been an absolute jerk also around the same time he seemed to be taken off antibiotics. Not sure why he was taken off when chest X-rays were showing he was clearing up but not 100% yet. Refuses to discuss his care with her, absolutely won’t do the high dosage vits that frontline drs recommended before he got put on ventilator. She can’t even get a list of medications he is currently on! We have no idea what he’s getting. I fully know what they are doing to him will ultimately kill him. Anyone with any good contacts in Mid Tennessee area that might be able to help my sister with this legal battle would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Kevin Barry is a name I know and just got a vaccine exemption for a Vandy employee. Not sure if he does malpractice, but he's been going toe to toe with these hospitals, so they might know his name.

Holy Cow. I’m originally from TN and have been thinking about moving back but I can’t decide one day from the next if it’s as bad as Chicago.
East TN is the place to be. Except Chattanooga. Screw Chattanooga.
Jesus Christ.

There was a medical presenter at the 1st Health & Freedom conference, that spoke about Budesonide and how he got involved with a patient's spouse who was told they recommended hospice for his wife. I remember the wife was on a ventilator and low oxygen, and they convinced the treating doctor to use budesonide and with in 48 or 72 hours the oxygen levels improved and the wife was out of hospital in 2 weeks. You asked for attorney, but this site may help you while you search https://budesonideworks.com/
Increase his hemoglobin levels now! He needs a blood transfusion. Check his white/red blood cell count.

I don’t know how to send a pm. But this company has just gotten permission for a phase three trial. The phase two had 100% recovery from end stage COVID for people under 85. And something like 92% for people over 85. You might see if his Drs would want to get in touch with them.
They are trying to get emergency use authorization for it as we speak.
They do
If he is legally in charge of his own medical care, he can just request a new doctor if he doesn’t like the one he has. You don’t need a lawyer to do that.
If his wife (legally married) is in charge of his care because he’s incapacitated, then she can make that decision unless her husband specifically said otherwise.
