Oh, I don't doubt that. What I understood the commenter who I was responding to as saying, is that CA isn't enforcing fake vaccine cards; not that that nobody is asking to see "your papers." They are most certainly doing that, because they are obviously shtbag totalitarians, doing what shtbag totalitarians do.

If anyone is thinking of putting this information into practice, I'd just say use it as a last resort. The better weapon is truth. Taking our corrupt and immoral system and just piling lies on top won't make anything better.
And I know how hard of an ask that can be when your livelihood and wellbeing of both you and your family can be on the line, but if you can, try try to tell the truth and do not comply with tyrannically demands. But I fully realize that not everyone can do that, but the more people who do will make it all the easier for others to follow

Card stock can be had at Staples, OfficeMax etc. I dunno specs...but "my fren" got some 👍🏼 I'll ask him to measure his & get back.

Depending on where you're trying to get in, just use a Sharpie and write vaccinated on an appropriate denomination bill! lol
Seriously though, I'd be leery of doing this, if caught may try slapping you with forgery, forging state/official document or something like that.
Plus its not federal so it'll probably vary depending where you're at.
