Our priority is the safety and well-being of our colleagues, those we serve and the communities in which we operate. With vigilance and care, you have helped keep TD strong during a long and difficult period of disruption. Your efforts have been tremendous. Thank you.
Over the past several months, vaccines for those who are eligible have rolled out and are available across our footprint to protect against COVID-19. We believe that the majority of TD colleagues have already been vaccinated. This is great news.
However, COVID-19 remains with us and the Delta variant, which is far more contagious, is spreading in our communities, primarily to those who are unvaccinated. None of us want to see our health care systems stretched, new restrictions imposed, or businesses and schools closed again. We believe vaccination is the best path out of this pandemic, protecting us, our loved ones, friends, colleagues and customers.
Therefore, to support the global efforts to get more people vaccinated, effective November 1, 2021, full vaccination of an approved COVID-19 vaccine will be a requirement for all TD colleagues entering the TD workplace. This is the right thing to do to protect the health and safety of everyone who is working in TD locations, and we are encouraged that many other organizations have taken similar measures.
As part of our new policy, all colleagues will be asked to register their vaccination status with the Bank by September 30, 2021. Starting November 1, 2021, there will be additional protocols for colleagues who are still not fully vaccinated, or have not disclosed their vaccination status, including the completion of a learning module about the benefits of vaccination, mandatory COVID-19 rapid testing, and the wearing of a face covering at all times.
Work is underway and we will provide additional details in the coming days. I wanted to let you know our plans now so that those who are not vaccinated can take appropriate action as soon as possible. Please remember that you will continue to benefit from paid time off to get both your first and second doses.
TD is a great institution. Together, we have overcome significant challenges and demonstrated incredible resilience under trying circumstances. I appreciate your support of this important policy update and all the measures we continue to have in place, as we continue to do our part to protect the communities in which we operate.

The bank cannot legally request her medical status. Have her take them a copy of HIPAA Law and her attorney’s card, and a letter from her that she will not consent her medical information.
I think TorontoDominion (TD) Bank is in Canada. That's why it mentions a French version.

Got the exact same email from my employer. Company is similar sized. Only difference is the threw children into the conversation to manipulate more people into getting it.
But exact same protocol. Vax up, upload docs by certain date or submit to rapid testing and masking wearing all day long.

Or, if more than one employee that can afford legal fees, Rocco Galati. Either can help draft a letter telling them to f*** off. Remember, though, that the Toronto Dominion Bank/TD Insurance is owned by the CCP. Has been for awhile now. Social Credit Score at your service (through slavery).
