Despite this being very vulnerable to attack as BS, I do remember hearing, back when the helicopters landed on a street in downtown LA and ppl in hazmat suits ran out with something and jumped on the helos and took off, and again on Jan 10 this year, that the DS had threatened to do something (nuke? bioweapon to poison city water with?) that would result in massive casualties. And that is why the big arrests etc. didn't happen Jan 10. Don't know if any of this is true, but if it is, then this meme's general idea may not be that far off.

SIlly handshake, the pictured example need not be real, the concept however IS and they are functional, if messy. When asked how small they could make the nukes, the scientists replied that size was not the issue, they could make a nuclear hand grenade if necessary, the problem was finding someone dumb enough to throw it. Interestingly someone that I used to follow (maybe Simon Parkes?) stated that Trump's plans had changed at the last minute because of something major that had just been discovered. I thought at the time that it was a nuke.

Was wondering if anyone remembered the sniffer planes. Been outta the game for 20+ now but they were used for all kinds of things. Development of new systems and detection tech never stopped while I was there. City level stuff was mostly chem/bio, can find meth labs that way very easily. Adaptable to "other" chem processes. Guarantee that most of what we had at the time has been generationally superceded probably at least twice since then. If they were flying downwind tracks they were probably looking for chem/bio markers. Narrow it down, then can find it via ground vehicles disguised any way you want. Moving trucks are easiest though I doubt the equipment needed is THAT large anymore. Minivan or SUV driving around draws no real attention. Drone mounted would be an option for close in localization with newest miniaturized gear. So many options with new tech.

The problem with a lot of people in this community is that they need sources for everything. A source just means someone read it somewhere. Who cares?
What I go by is the belief that we create our own reality. If enough of us believe in something we can create it and change it.
