I know why we say don't quit, and to let them fire you, but my wife, who is a nurse, will lose her pension if she is fired, and won't be able to be re-hired at the same hospital system, should she decide to go back someday.
She feels more comfortable quitting now, and taking a couple of months off to survey the landscape of everything happening in the world, and I support her in this decision.
My question to all of you, other than the obvious opt out of fighting back with the law in the future, what are some drawbacks that we may be missing?

Is she religious? Have her write her religious exemption paper. There are sample letters on the American front line doc website. Her being fired over her religion is defined as discrimination.
Don't depend on exemption. (The hospital in Yavapai County az is outright ignoring all exemptions, incl medical.) Workers need to contact civil rights attorney to discuss class action
Yeah, I'm not taking them seriously either.
We have considered this route. So far, we have been able to keep ourselves free of any PCR tests being jammed into our brains. If she chose this route, she would have to undergo them twice a week, and she only works three days a week. So two of those three days, she would be getting tested.
The media lies, hospitals keep people sick, corporations trade in slavery, corporations are now trying to mandate what you do with your body, governments are trying to mandate what you do with your body...
They are not going to stop because you call someone, they will stop when you no longer give them attention. We have to make their money worthless, their stores empty, their managers sweat and we can accomplish all of this today if we just walk away. WE DO NOT NEED THEM, THEY NEED US!
So long as we consent to their game we are players in it. Shut it down.
That's the smart move.
I hope so. Thank you.
Do they perform the test on each other? They have at home covid kits but probably to boost profits in other ways. Hmmm I see the issue there. I would say you always have to put your oxygen mask on first before helping someone else. So in this case if you decide to walk away with a pension I would say you still would make the same impact. Others would get fired but it really depends how not supporting their business works best for you.
What really sucks, is even though there are a couple other people in her lab that agree with her, they have chosen to get the jab in order to keep their job. She is the only one deciding not to. Even if she chose to go the testing route, she would be bullied, and already has been. She is very non-combative, and has come home in tears because of the stress of her peers, and the decisions she is faced with.
I feel you. I feel betrayed by my employer and only sticking around for my main boss but very clear I will not agree to this shot under any circumstances at this point not will I receive a flu vaccine ever again. I'm pissed for the people who complied because they were coerced. I'm not mad at them. I'm mad at the bullies. Is sad they were bullied and continued the cycle on her =/.
The flu vaccine is yet another hurdle we will have to face in the future.
Could she take a leave of absence for a few months? Perhaps a doctor's note advising it for stress.
Might be worth looking into, considering that health benefits for my family are now a main concern. That way we would be able to keep them.
Also, this Covid scam should be revealed by then, and it will no longer be mandated.
That would be the best case scenario, on all fronts.
Good luck to you and your wife, fren.
Thank you. And to you and yours as well.
We are there with you, fren. My husband and I are both in the medical field so all our eggs are in one basket, so to speak. It’s going to be a dark winter for us if these mandates don’t start getting rolled back. Praying for you and your wife! WWG1WGA ❤️🇺🇸
Thanks fren, and good thoughts right back at you.
I would perhaps consider letting them know exactly why you are leaving. Be candid about not wanting the jab and put some solid facts behind your reasoning. It's possible that they may have a change of heart.
Absolutely. I also recommended to her, since they are already shorthanded, and might be even more so if people start getting sick or dying from this jab, that she say she would be willing to come in and work per diem, but obviously not if they require testing or jabs.
Not a lawyer: wrongful termination may cover those damages. That's the route I'd try.
Well, yeah, that's the whole idea behind not quitting, and let them fire you.
If she feels like she needs to quit as she is standing alone, then that is what she should do. She may not be eligible for unemployment and may not be able to take any legal action for losing her job but her pension will be intact and she can find somewhere more suitable to her values. She should try to get some positive references to take with her. Good luck to her, you and your family.
Thank you. Yes, she already has people that have offered to write her a reference. I absolutely agree that she needs to take them up on it before she turns in her notice to resign.
Sure is interesting how well we can be controlled by the financial systems we all opt to be part of. I wonder how much support pedes would still give you if you told them your wife was injecting people with the jab. They flip out on cops who want to protect their pension. Just a thought.
I saw a post yesterday where someone admitted to jabbing people, and it wasn't received well. That's not what she does though. She's in the Cath Lab, saving people with bad hearts.
