True, they will likely screen a candidate out if you ask about whether or not they require jabs (that tips them off you're one of the 'unclean dangers to society' in their (likely) twisted minds. But even if they were to reply, "No, we don't require vaccinations"... (A) They may or may not be telling the truth or could be uninformed or it could be "under discussion" without a verdict yet and (B) Their policy could change the very next day. There's no way to win that one, IMO. But always remember: H.R. IS NEVER YOUR FRIEND.
However, nobody should invest countless hours chasing a job and prepping for interviews re: a company that's full of Marxist loons who will impose kill-shot drugs on its employees either. It may be safer to inquire about whether they require masks at the office. If they're still doing that, then you can pretty much assume they'll be on the vax-mandate wagon the second they think they can get away with it.
100%! In a time everyone is crying “can’t hire” they need to know it is their own policies that are keeping them in a lurch finding suitable hires. If you are the best and won’t conform and the next best candidate also won’t conform and they have to hire their 3-4th choice it will start to click. If the reason for not taking to job is strictly the jab bosses/HR will take notice.
Honestly I don't think you should bring it up until you get offered a job. Then you can ask.
Asking during an interview could be a red flag that are going to be a problem. Either way - that you are asking because you are going to be a mask-wearing Karen making demands, or a wild-eyed revolutionary that will spend all day lecturing your co-workers on the evils of vaccines etc.
If they offer you a job but have a vaxxed-only policy you can stipulate that you probably will get the jab, but only one specifically approved by the FDA. Let them hire you and wait until they insist you take it before you enlighten them.
What they don't know is that the FDA didn't approve the Pfizer Jab that is available. They only approved Comirnaty, which Pfizer never intends to manufacture.
This was for a project manager position for a health insurance tech company and I found it on indeed and filtered for “remote”. The site remote.co is a good spot as well!
I'd be tempted to ask it at the very start. If you get the wrong answer you don't have to waste your time continuing... unless you want the interview practice.
Well, I ended up asking at the end of the initial screening interview by the recruiter. I said, "Does x company have any specific covid policies?"
She went into masks if you have to go to the office etc..normal stuff.
Then I said, "Everything I see in the news points towards companies requiring the c19 vaccine, do you know if your company is thinking about it?" She stated that they weren't interested due to the nature of the business and that their solution is remote work however nothing is guaranteed.
The recruiter was very friendly about it as it seems to be a normal part of society...I don't believe any judgement was taken.
I would keep it more general and ask what their covid policies are. Let them take it there if they want.
If you do ask about the vax specifically, wait until you have an offer in hand. Otherwise they’ll just screen you out.

You should know the answer to that question before you ever show up to an interview.
Much more difficult in government sector

I think if you are in tbis position due to a mandate its only prudent to find out.
Could as what are their current conditions of employment. See what they offer up.
I would ask. A based company will appreciate that you did and a woke one, well it will turn to shit, you don't want to work there.
here's another new freedom-oriented job site I just became aware of:
https://redballoon.work/
I've done multiple interviews since and got hired for one. Didn't ask and they didn't bring it up. (Both remote jobs)
was the remote job hard to find? my daughter had surgery, and is looking for a job she can do from home.

I had no idea where to look, so this is really helpful.
Tell her to check out SelectQuote and then the careers. They are in a hiring rush.
thanks for the details:) & that looks like something she'd be interested in since she's logical/good with numbers.
I just switched jobs and told hiring manager the reason why I lost my job is because they tried to get to to take the vaccine and I ain’t doing that
ABSOLUTELY!!! At least as appropriate as them trying to tell you what to do. Also, just want to be sure you are aware of the no-vax job group on Gab:
https://gab.com/groups/49159
also, asking will make them aware that they could be losing good candidates due to their stupidity (if they ARE mandating)
I think it comes down to how much you need the job. If you need it, ask up front and save yourself the time.
If you can afford to, string them along and make them lose out on your services if they have a Pfizer product mandate.
I'd hire you just based on your Pepe, he's a cutie🥰
Just lie. In these circumstances when it comes to your health, it is ethical to do so.
I'd be tempted to ask it at the very start. If you get the wrong answer you don't have to waste your time continuing... unless you want the interview practice.
If they ask you why you left your previous employer, tell them.
