I agree that banding together is the only permanent solution. I’ve heard it said that employers and employees are in for the biggest game of chicken in American history. Either the employees will blink and cave to the jab or the employers will cave and back down. I would think with a highly skilled job like the medical profession where it would be very difficult to find replacement employees, the employer will back down.
Is there an alternative employer near by? Or a traveling nurse option? I’m in the hospital right now and the first hospital by me the doctor told me it was mandatory for them. This hospital I’m in now, much better it’s employee choice.

I have decided that they will have to fire me. We have to start standing up for our rights and freedom of choice or we will lose it forever.
